Think your way there. It's easier than you know.
When I think about what I want my life to look like, I usually focus on what I want to get rid of.
The negative things.
The bad habits.
The extra weight.
I’m not sure why I do this. Maybe it’s habit. Maybe it seems easier to get rid of things than it does to bring in new things.
